Management position in the plant area
Focus of the position: Efficient, continuous and safe operation of the incinerator with maximum compliance with environmental regulations and targets (efficiency, steam production). Full coordination of operating and maintenance processes, optimal planning of resources, and professional management and motivation of the production team.
Your tasks will be:
- Full operational and professional management of the plant, daily coordination of operating and maintenance work, supervision of planned and unscheduled maintenance of equipment.
- Continuous monitoring, compliance and reporting of the energy and auxiliary material consumption and indicators of the incinerator to senior management.
- Planning of human and machine resources necessary for operation, ensuring capacity requirements.
- Leading the team under your management (motivation, control, conflict management), ensuring their continuous professional training and individual development.
- Monitoring the stock levels of maintenance aids and spare parts, ensuring reordering.
- Monitoring the on-site work of external contractors in the plant area.
Active participation in official inspections, as well as strict compliance and enforcement of fire, labor and environmental protection regulations and instructions. - Active participation in the management of new technology, development and investment projects, and the operation of the integrated corporate management system.
You are the ideal candidate if you have the following:
- Technical sense, a systems approach and strong, classic leadership skills (conflict management, motivation).
- Relevant experience in the operation or maintenance of industrial facilities.
- Good organizational skills, effective resource and capacity planning ability.
- Openness to new technical solutions, proactive and responsible attitude.
- User-level computer skills (knowledge of corporate management systems).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with colleagues and external partners.
Advantage:
- Higher technical education (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering or environmental engineering).
- Professional experience: Experience in the chemical industry or hazardous waste management (incineration plant).
- Proficiency in operating integrated corporate governance and quality management systems.
- Experience in occupational health and safety regulations, and regulatory approvals.
